Are your products made of real wood?
Other than the metal hardware, it is entirely made of wood........ beautiful wood!!!
There is no MDF or particle board used. Our products are 100% real wood.
Are your products safe?
YES!!! Our toy boxes have double lid supports which are positioned in the center of the toy box. The toy box lid does not slam down when lifted up.
Whatever the lid position, it does NOT drop.
Our toy chests have a safety closure so the lid won’t slam on little fingers.
We use environmentally safe and lead free stain and clear coat.
Toddler beds and toy chests also have a safe lead free lacquer finish.
Return Policy?
Laser Engraved Wooden Toy Boxes - We provide a 60 day no fuss, no questions asked guarantee on our laser engraved wooden toy boxes. In other words if anything is not right with the toy box, we will make it right with replacement parts or a refund will be given. The wooden parts of the toy box have a one year guarantee from warping and manufacturing defects. Our hinges and lid supports have a lifetime guarantee. If they break for any reason they will be replaced at no charge.
Wooden Toddler Beds and Wooden Toy Chests - We stand behind our products, unconditionally, should there be any problems, such as damage during shipping. We replace any damaged parts usually within seventy-two hours. Returns must be within thirty days, in original packaging and in perfect resalable condition for full refund. Damaged returns will be credited on a pro-rata basis.
